Apply for Perm Time at 0-0-2!

We are excited to offer PERM TIME at our new 0-0-2 private 2 court facility.  

PERM TIME is a GREAT option for MEMBERS with groups who play on a regular day & time and don’t want the hassle of booking courts each week.  

Please see below for the rules and process for booking Perm Time. 

NOTE: PERM TIME booking will be on a FIRST COME BASIS!  Forms will be date and time stamped upon submission.

The following rules must be followed to be able to book the permanent court time:

1.  MEMBERS ONLY – all players and substitutes MUST be M.P.C. members (in good standing).

2.  RULES – all players and substitutes agree to the 0-0-2 Perm Time rules as well as the 0-0-2 facility rules.

3.  COURTS – Perm Time can be for 1 court or 2 courts (full facility).

4.  TIME – Minimum 2 hour reservation; must be booked in full hour increments.

5.  PRICE – $50 per hour, per court.  Max 6 per court.

6.  QUARTERLY SCHEDULE – Perm Time bookings run on a quarterly schedule: 

(Q1: Jan – Mar | Q2: Apr – Jun | Q3: Jul – Sept | Q4: Oct – Dec)  Number of weeks vary between quarters (11-14 weeks)

7.  AVAILABILITY – is on a first come, first serve basis; with priority given to people who want to reserve both courts.

8.  CONFIRMATION – A Perm Time booking is only final & confirmed once payment is processed in full (for the entire quarter).

9.  PAYMENT OPTIONS – A member may pay in full for the Perm Time or split the cost equally among the players.  If choosing to split the cost, every member’s payment must successfully process in order for the booking to be final & confirmed.

10.  COMPETING REQUESTS – If there are competing requests for the same Perm Time slot, booking will be determined based on:  submission time frame, court request and receipt of full payment.

***MPC has the right to modify all (perm time) reservations.
